Service Introduction

We have two service locations Auckland wide – located in Glenfield and Silverdale.

We’ll send you reminders whenever your servicing is due. However, if you would like to get in touch prior to this, you can book in a service by calling our specialized booking team on 0800 994 040 or online here.

Both of our service sites have a range of Mazda loan vehicles available to keep you on the go, but these are available by appointment only. So, when you book a scheduled service, ask our Service Advisors to secure one of these for you to keep you moving.

What to expect during your service

Once our technicians have inspected your vehicle, we’ll keep you updated via text message from 348.

You’ll have the option accept or decline any additional work that is required on your vehicle and then be redirected to a secure payment link.

Once the payment has been made, our technician will receive a notification to proceed with the work, meaning your service is completed in the most time efficient manner.

Once all work has been completed, our friendly service advisors will let you know that your vehicle is ready to be collected.

What to expect following your vehicles service

We’re all about delivering a worry-free ownership experience. So, when it comes to keeping your vehicle servicing up to date, we’ve got you covered.

Following your service, our internal systems with automatically placeholder your next appointment, at a 12 month interval.

Closer to the time, we will send you an SMS message with the details of your booking.

If the time specified is suitable, you can confirm and secure your booking. If not, we will follow up with a phone call to arrange a more suitable time.
